Dr. Frida Rundell, a founding faculty member at the IIRP Graduate School since 2006, works with families and youth in their life space. She has 50 years’ experience as a teacher, special needs teacher, educational psychologist, narrative marital and family therapist, and community outreach consultant. Frida initiated and developed an undergraduate program for child and youth care professionals in South Africa due to the large number of children and youth who were lost or marginalized from apartheid. Her skills in guiding communities by using their narratives are powerful processes to experience. She is committed to working for transformation in ourselves through compassionate witnessing and empathy.
